Embutidos Pajariel and his affiliates, as wholesale distributors, have their central installations in the region of El Bierzo. The location of the industry is an essential factor because it defines the character of his products.

El Bierzo, with an area of 2.759 km², is a region of Castilla y León, located in the northwest of Spain.

The particular geographical shape, surrounded by mountains, provides a microclimate and the most suitable conditions for the growing of natural products. Due to this, El Bierzo has become famous for its excellent red D.O. wines of the Mencia variety and white wines of the Godello variety, its garden crops as Roast Peppers, russet apples, cherries, chestnuts and its delicious cold meat specially chorizo, botillo and cecina, that are typical of our
region.

The Way of St. James (point of reference of the Christian pilgrimage in the world together with Rome and Jerusalem) crosses El Bierzo, and marks a spine around which we can find the different villages and towns. This fact has marked the Bercian´s personality and culture throughout the centuries.
