When preparing our sausages, we place special attention on the mixing and marinating processes, which enables us to achieve the typical and unique flavour of our products: Botillo del Bierzo, Chorizo del Bierzo, Longaniza de Leon and Chorizos Culares.

 
 

Regarding our cured meats we place emphasis on three phases:
• The selection and classification of the raw material.
• The right amount of salt.
• Slow maturing in our cellars.

The result is a Cecina de Leon (Quality Designation) and Pajariel hams with an exquisite aroma and flavour.
