Our company is a family one, situated on the side of mount Pajariel, which presides over the horizon of Ponferrada, right in the heart of El Bierzo. Embutidos Pajariel has a long tradition (more than 50 years) in the manufacture of high quality sausages,

as well as a complete range of other meat products. We offer a wide selection of products made using purely traditional methods and with selected high quality meats that guarantee an excellent flavour. This is what, over time, has enabled us to earn the worthy reputation that we enjoy today.

Our products are guaranteed by an International Quality Management system (ISO 9001:2000), which guarantees that our sausages satisfy all the required standards. Furthermore, they are perfectly controlled from the origin of the raw material to their destination at the point of sale by means of the required traceability standards.
The security of our products is also endorsed by strict compliance with HACCP.
